I was a fitness junkie earlier this year and last. I felt great. I've since fallen off that wagon and gained back 20 lbs. I feel like crap and I'm tired all the time. Time to get back to work! Starting November, my goal is 30 lbs lost, we'll call it 10 lbs a month. Wish Me Luck! #fitness
