Made an actual change to the Talrand list for the first time in almost a year. I love Rise From the Tides, but I haven't cast it in forever. It rots in my hand every time. 6 mana isn't the worst, but tapped 2/2s later in the game is rough. I always want them for defense. In goes another mana rock
