Guess who got results today and doesn't have cancer? It's meeee! I can now calm the f*** down. However keeping to the exercise and healthy eating because my little ap I have with my scales tells me I am in the optimal muscle mass zone (only just). May your Thursday evenings all be lovely x

So the NHS did me at a private hospital and it was a bit 'here's the post-surgery menu, private room/TV, shower a& beauty products in the bathroom, teapot of lemon and ginger' vs NHS a few years back 'we've got ham or egg and cress, you've eaten it? Great. please go home now we need the bed :)
