With America threatening Iran over WMDs, I have 4 questions: 1) Where are Saddam Hussein's WMDs? 2) What consequences did officials face for these claims? 3) Why should proponents of the Iraq War, such as Sean Hannity, be trusted now? 4) Is Iran stronger or weaker as a result of the Iraq War?

Listening to disintegration by the cure on the train on the way home as it's in tomorrow's 1989 album bracket comp. There are few mid album highpoint double features as dominating as the lullaby - fascination street combo. Both so perfect, so captivating. So funny to crescendo so early though

I'm sick And I'm watching the #afl Thursday night clash. I love the dogs, but also have a soft spot for a few of the saints - wanganeen-milera, cooper Sharman would both make excellent Giants... For the dogs, I don't think there is one I don't like. Obvs matty Kennedy rules, and uncle Rory..

Sacking Ange for winning the Europa league is on par with David O'Leary getting the arse from Leeds for reaching the UEFA cup semi finals. Look how well that went for Leeds, Tottenham. Moronic, but at least Ange can find a better team now.

The new turnstile and pulp albums are really quite good. Funny to have first and most recent favourite bands releasing on the same day. Was worried the turnstile would be a step back, but it's impeccable sequencing and production makes it a very solid listen. The pulp... Sounds like pulp.

Mildly terrifying : In a week's time I am going to a concert of a band touring their album that they released 30 years ago, which I bought upon release when I was 15. I have had supergrass stuck in my head for the best part of 2/3 of my entire life.

Yesterday was such a wild #afl day. Should have predicted that the suns can't play in the rain. Went out to engie and saw the Giants whip the crowd into a frenzy with a really gutsy win against the tigers. Saw swans fans decked in full regalia heading home at half time and checked the score -- wow.
