Federal workers are the people doing the hard work to process veterans’ benefits, make sure our airplanes can fly safely, and protect families from the bird flu. To all of our federal workers: I see you and I’m fighting for you.

The timing of the Epstein files is strategic - he wants the attention away from certain questionable activities, as shown on the Executive Orders. #dontfallforit

While not an executive order, I had to laugh at how many times "Trump" was mentioned here. It became more about Trump rather than Kentucky. www.whitehouse.gov/presidential...

There's a lot of this with maligiant narcissism. You're not going crazy. It's exhausting. It's literally part of the territory. Be kind to yourself as well.

(3/3) What you do and say matters. It unintentionally contributes to the weaknesses that Trump leveraged in the first place. Ask them questions. Listen and listen to understand. Somewhere in there they are dying to be heard. Find out what the actual problems are. Solve them & be kind.

(2/2) but it's (2/3) now. While your feelings are valid, you need to be mindful of language and terminology used in everything you are saying. Especially about those who follow Trump. Those people are being manipulated. It comes with brain fog, isolation, distrust, confusion, anger, and more.

Some advice: (1/2) You have every right to be furious. Trump is literally manipulating our government, media and the public. A key tactic of maligiant narcs is dividing people and turning them against each other. Trump divided political groups and took control of the media narrative.

🚨 Executive Order 14220 🚨 - Several mechanisms within the order that can be exploited to hide or cover up misuse of funds. The broad exemptions, discretionary waivers, emphasis on efficiency over thoroughness, and centralized control create opportunities for undetected corruption and mismanagement.

Executive Order 14220 (not confirmed number as it is not yet posted) - Centralization of Power: By empowering the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) and its team leads, the order centralizes oversight and decision-making authority, reflecting Trump's preference for strong executive control.

Analysis 10: - Eliminating the Federal Executive Institute (EO 14207) reduces training for future government leaders, and "Commencing the Reduction of the Federal Bureaucracy" (EO 14217) directly shrinks the size of the government.

EO Trends and Patterns: - Executive Centralization: Consolidating power within the Executive Branch. - Narrative Control: Shaping information and suppressing dissent. - Administrative State Deconstruction: Reducing constraints, weakens opposition, centralizes control - More coming, stay tuned

Analysis 9: - "Pausing Foreign Corrupt Practices Act Enforcement To Further American Economic and National Security" (EO 14209) gives American companies a free pass for corrupt practices.

Analysis 8: The "America First Policy Directive" (EO 14150) and the reevaluation of foreign aid (EO 14169) give the President broad discretion to reshape foreign policy without consulting Congress. Withdrawing from international organizations (EO 14155, 14199) decreases international cooperation.

Strategic Analysis 7: - Declaring a "National Energy Emergency" (EO 14156) or imposing duties on imports (EOs 14193, 14194, 14195) allows the President to take unilateral actions that would normally require Congressional approval.

Strategic Analysis 6: - EOs targeting "gender ideology extremism" (EO 14168), transgender rights (EO 14187, EO 14201), and "anti-Christian bias" (EO 14202) galvanize a specific base of support and can be used to justify discriminatory policies.

Strategic Analysis 5: - "Holding Former Government Officials Accountable for Election Interference and Improper Disclosure of Sensitive Governmental Information" (EO 14152) can be used to intimidate political opponents by threatening to punish them for speaking out against the executive branch.

Strategic Analysis 4: - "Ending the Weaponization of the Federal Government" (EO 14147) and "Restoring Freedom of Speech and Ending Federal Censorship" (EO 14149) can be used to target perceived political enemies within the government and to discourage dissent.

Strategic Analysis 3: - Commencing the Reduction of the Federal Bureaucracy" (EO 14217) decreases the number of federal employees that might oppose the executive branch.

Strategic Analysis 2: - Ensuring Accountability for All Agencies" (EO 14215) could be used to enforce political loyalty. - "Unleashing Prosperity Through Deregulation" (EO 14192) allows the executive branch to rapidly alter the regulatory landscape without legislative input.

Strategic Analysis: The "Department of Government Efficiency" (EOs 14158, 14219) and the "Workforce Optimization Initiative" (EO 14170) are centralizing tools. By consolidating control over regulations and agency staffing, the executive branch gains greater direct control over policy implementation.

EO 14217 (2/2) - Initiates the process to eliminate the Federal Executive Boards (FEBs) - Revokes EO13318, amends EO 13562, and directs the OPM Director to terminate the Presidential Management Fellows Program - Terminates several Federal Advisory Committees (FACs) www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/...

Executive Order 14217 (1/2) - Outlines the commencement of a plan to reduce the size of the Federal Government. - Focuses on eliminating specific entities and committees rather than broad, sweeping changes across all government functions. - President exerts greater control over the executive branch.

Personal note: The things you see with the current presidency are what survivors of malignant narcissistic parents grew up with. Be kind to everyone. Especially when they’re struggling. But stand up for what is right at the same time. Think for yourself. Back to regularly scheduled programming.

Executive Order 14219 - The order further strengthens the power of the Executive Branch, particularly the Office of the President, the OMB, and OIRA, at the expense of other branches of government and independent regulatory agencies. - Consolidates Trump’s control over the federal government.

Executive Order 14219 - Represents a significant effort to roll back federal regulations across almost all sectors. - Emphasizes the explicit goal of “deconstruction” of the administrative state. - OMB and OIRA have immense power to control the deregulatory agenda. www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/...

Executive Order 14214 (2 of 2) - 20 U.S.C. 1401(5), 20 U.S.C. 1001(a) and 34 CFR 77.1(c) are critical components of this order. 20 U.S.C. 1401(5): The inclusion of this reference ensures that the order aligns with IDEA’s provisions, particularly regarding services for students with disabilities.

Executive Order 14214 (1 of 2) - Schools and universities that continue to mandate COVID-19 vaccines could face the risk of losing federal funding, potentially impacting their budgets and programs.

Executive Order 14215 aims to increase Presidential supervision and control over all executive departments and agencies, including independent regulatory agencies. It amends Executive Order 12866, indicating a strategy of building upon existing regulatory frameworks to implement the new policy.

Executive Order 14210 - Trump’s actions aim to institutionalize smaller government and reduced regulatory burdens, ensuring these changes persist beyond his presidency. - The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency lost over 130 employees, weakening its ability to address cyber threats.

In Executive Order 14210, 5 U.S.C. 2302(b)(13): For federal employment, you can be penalized for refusing to agree to lawful non-disclosure obligations or for violating such agreements. The devil is in the details of what constitutes a “lawful non-disclosure obligation.” #ExecutiveOrdersofTrump

Executive Order 14192: - Creates the potential for less comprehensive and less transparent regulatory analysis. - Trump’s administration gains more direct control over tax regulations through increased OMB & OIRA oversight. www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/... #ExecutiveOrdersofTrump #tax #regulations

đźš© đźš© Executive Order #14179 makes a reference to an executive order Biden signed in 2023. Executive Order 14110 is mostly centered on the privacy, safety and security of people's data in artificial intelligence. Trump's order reversed this exact executive order. #Data #ExecutiveOrdersofTrump

🚨 PSA: The references in Executive Order 14171 are strategically used to build a legal and policy foundation for increasing presidential control over the federal workforce. #ExecutiveOrdersOfTrump #Trump #CivilRegulations #Conformity www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/...
