This is Buddy.He & his team are trained for search/rescue after hurricanes.They have little backpacks with 2way audio/location transmitters.When they locate someone a signal is sent and rescuers communicate with survivor & know their location. He’s having a treat, a job well done. Thank you, Buddy!
