Penultimate trauma therapy session done and I go to say, there is a whole new outlook happening right now and it's feels amazing. That doesn't mean to say that my PTSD is "gone", just means that I have my emotional toolbox kitted out better. It won't go away but I'm hoping that it won't be as bad.
