Anyone heard/seen anything about off-cycle (early) monthly SS payments this month? Is this a February thing that happens every year, or is Elon up to something? Or, are they being rushed out ahead of the looming government shutdown?

Cancelled my WAPO subscription for the second time following the Ann Telnaes debacle. This afternoon I got a resubscribe solicitation email from WAPO saying “Now is not the time to stop reading!” Correct - I should have done that sometime in July. Not going back unless Kara Swisher buys it.
