Alberta is reviewing NACI guidance on H5N1 avian flu vaccines as shipments, purchased by the federal government, are readied to fan out across the country. The province didn't answer questions about how many doses it would receive or who could be eligible Latest from me👇 www.cbc.ca/news/canada/...

Canadians never bend in the face of tyranny. This is our story as a nation, and I am so proud to be part of that story today. Across Canada and the United States the resistance will come from ordinary people. Keep kicking at the darkness until it bleeds daylight. www.youtube.com/watch?v=es5q...

Well, the US is considering vaccinating chickens against the bird flu. A vaccine has been developed and approved. I can’t wait to hear the anti-vaxers up in arms about eggs from vaccinated hens.

Charlie’s suggestion that Canadian political parties cooperate to fight the unprecedented threat to our sovereignty is one I wholeheartedly support.

The use of the boycott has a long and powerful tradition of taking on tyranny. The grassroots Canadian boycott against Trump is having a serious effect. And we've only just begun.. Please read on how we can use our dollars to resist the gangster in Washington. substack.com/@charlieangu...

I wouldn’t be surprised if PP and the Cons are in frantic talks with the Trump admin asking them to hold off on tariff and annexation threats as Canadians are switching support to the Liberals. However, if the US backs off, the credit will go to the current gov’t so can’t see that working.

My post from two months ago. Just listened to Jim Acosta and he reported that Trump often pivoted when it looked as if a policy or action of his caused the stock market to drop. He suggested that this was why the deal with Mexico today to delay tariffs for a month.

The fact that Canada did NOT have US banks on our soil is one of the things that protected us from the 2008 subprime mortgage crisis. Letting them in makes us vulnerable.

BC resident here—77 years old. I joined the Liberals the day after Carney announced his candidacy. I’m an NDP voter who has made it a point never to join a party. The current crisis convinced me that we all have to step up—that petulant pipsqueak cannot become PM.

Does anyone else think that the stock market may save us from the most extreme of Trump’s threats? Actions that threaten economic stability could very well cause a plunge in markets. Trump is extremely sensitive to that as he loves to boast about how good he is for business.
