Well, they haven't called her the 'C' word yet but I'm sure they're just working up to it. <sigh> Wasn't she their fair-haired girl about five minutes ago?

He's wearing what's trying to pass for turn out gear. My retired Firefighter late husband is spinning in his grave. It seems obvious to me that he's never really looked at FD gear or he would be trying to make it look like a muscle shirt at the gym (in the middle of such a catastrophic fire event)

At least they are consistent in the nonsensical way in which they choose to 'accomplish' things.

We put quarters in a soda can and duct taped the top closed. A couple of shakes from that thing and the cats as well a the dogs 'snapped to'. It was loud enough to break the pattern and annoying or scary enough that after a time or two they stopped.

You don't always have to respond. The only things you should do are protect yourself, take care of yourself, and develop boundaries. Other than that, it's your choice. Hugs

Yes, Yes, Yes, and Definitely! Can we add to the list Egg and Sausage breakfast tacos and something my husband made all the time. He called it Comfort Eggs with shredded hashbrowns, spicy breakfast sausage and sharp cheddar cheese. Oh yummmm The only way to eat a hardboiled egg is in egg salad.

I worked at a movie theater. Thank you for posting this!! The year I worked there saw the most snow and ice in many years. I walked to work rather than drive. It was something. LOL

I love my local library. I now borrow ebooks all the time!

You can also attend meetings of organizations who use the facilities at the library. You can sometimes find help with your taxes, learn English, attend a knitting/book club meeting, learn crafts, find scholarships, read magazines, & rent movies.

I've been using my local public library since I was about 5 years old, and the library was in one room. I now use more of the digital offerings but LOVE visiting the library in person whenever possible.

She's really good at it and sings her own accompaniment called, "I can't settle and I'm wigging out.". It's sung in the key of pissed off/freaked out kitty. LOL Thank goodness she's leaving the dog alone. LOL
