Jets prospect Brad Lambert left the ice two hours after practice began. He easily could have gone to the Jets room but he chose to walk over to meet/take a photo with a young fan who was waiting for him. Spoke to the mom afterwards. She was beyond happy her son Lucas got to meet the prospect.

Good story about the legendary Bill Mosienko, a proud Winnipegger and Hockey Hall of Famer member that I wrote the book on a few years back. I did a little CBC interview for the story too! For those unaware, Mosienko still holds the NHL record for the fastest hat trick. Three goals in 21 seconds!
