It’s been a long time coming, but I finally got away from #Google Photos and the library is empty. I’d done takeout a long time ago but had a million duplicates all over the place. Import into #Shotwell filtered exact duplicates. Using #Digikam to get rid of the rest that are more fuzzy.

#shopify CEO is defending the Trump tariffs, blaming Canada. Surprising since it’s a Canadian company, but tech bros gotta be sucky everywhere apparently. It’s not immediately clear when you sign up, but the shop app is their consumer side. It’s very easy to delete your account there.

Would like to update my #iphone but will realistically just get a new battery once it hits 70% capacity. A while ago #apple stopped allowing 0% financing on the Apple Card unless you activate with a big carrier and I’m still salty about it.

A while ago I got on a kickstarter for a #goodomens graphic novel. After the information dropped about Gaiman a lot of people have wanted refunds. They are open for a while. Also, Neil Gaiman will not receive any proceeds from the graphic novel and they will all go to the Terry Pratchett estate.
