Lost the Shiny Rayquaza event I was trying to hold on to in Pokemon Violet because I must've accidentally hit the L button while trying to get my stupid Vizio TV to connect to the Switch 2. Sucks. I really hope they do a encore of that event, but won't hold my breath. Got it in Scarlet at least.

Found my first shiny in Scarlet on the Switch 2! I had the bug outbreak event still, so was able to get a Tarountula. I also did the Porygon2 7 star raid online and that was night and day 100 times better than on the Switch. No more weird lag or stuttering. The update is wonderful.

The Death Star thing for Fortnite was alot of fun. Glad I was able to do it. Lara Croft running around in a Stormtrooper uniform, just blasting things put a dumb smile on my face. Nice work Fortnite.

My only real hopes for Summer Game Fest is Mass Effect 4, the next Marvel Rivals season which is rumored to be Phoenix, and more games that are souls like or like Baldur’s Gate 3 that let me make my character and explore a amazing story.

Nioh 3 looks good. I still wish they would leave the feudal Japan setting. A Nioh style game set in modern times or distant future with the same level of combat and character customization would be a dream game. Please Team Ninja.

Elden Ring Nightreign is pretty fun, even playing with randoms. I enjoy the slow progression that comes with every run improving your gear through the rituals. It does make me want to just go play normal Elden Ring though so I can EXPLORE. Everyone is in a mad rush to the boss (I get it though)

Marvel Rivals is really fun, I just hope they eventually add more of my favorites to the roster. Magik being there at launch was incredible but I really want Captain Marvel, She-Hulk, Colossus, Gamora (and Drax), Black Cat, Mystique, and Deadpool. Gimme them all!

I knew The Last of Us season 2 would end where it ended from playing the game. I did not realize we have to wait 2 freaking years for the continuation. They did this shit with House of the Dragon too. At least I have time to pick up the remaster at some point and play that. Been itching too

I don’t hate it, but the main default theme that plays for mounts is annoying. I want to turn that off but then I’d also turn off the ones with unique themes from dungeons or trials.

Saying "Oh the economy is bad" to justify using AI to generate art for a business is a stupid argument. If the biz needs paper and pens for the office, can they go to Office Max and steal supplies because they didn't budget for it? No! So why is it okay to steal from artists?

The fact that if a team is losing in Overwatch the tank will just swap to Orisa and no one counters it by focusing the healers she is relying on is incredibly frustrating and is killing this game for me. Orisa needs to be nerfed in general, but if you kill her healers she is much less of an issue.
