Not to mention: We live in a world where media is produced as nauseum. Literally anything can be seen on a screen now. But a screen will never replace the sensation of feeling and smelling physical media. Hell, even just the look of a library is a statement.

Started a drawing prompt for the new year. Day 1/200 Angel Wings. I'm quite proud of the feathers and wing armature currently need a lot of development and rounding of skills. But overall not bad for 15 min

Gods above teaching this week has been a struggle. From uncooperative and disengaged students to blatant cheating and bullying. I really hate to say the kids have changed but I couldn't imagine these kids I teach being a thing in my high school. Hopefully my book on teaching math to students help

It's startling to me sometimes that Providence is probably the most beautiful city I've come to. Even this industrial area I'm in currently is at least a neutral scene instead of ugly concrete and pollution. Just...wow...why don't more cities do things the way Providence does.
