Hot take maybe: Shane running ROH would be pretty good for helping them get a TV deal and could easily turn them into the 3rd biggest show, surpassing TNA. AEW has been great lately with Tony back "in the weeds" creatively so let him keep focusing on Dynamite and Collision.

True, but this also makes sense if you saw the recent McMahon documentary on Netflix... Shane wants nothing more than to prove himself as a wrestling promotor and he was never able to do that in WWE. I believe he would do right by the business, but I totally understand not wanting to give control.

The AEW "hate" has hit overdrive lately because AEWs business is hot. Worlds End did a great buyrate. Ratings are up/even since Max simulcast started. Ticket sales up, Australia was a $1 million gate, merch is moving, and, oh yeah, the tv shows have been absurdly good for weeks now.
