this. if leaders are willing to get arrested, we would show up to get arrested, too. make them arrest us all. they want to throw out the rule book? then, there is no rule book. it' a fight.

A nifty little tool! It does not require any fine motor skills from my right hand, so it's going to be very useful for me. I opened the package and made this much cord in just a couple of minutes. byautumn.com/cordsmith/ @byautumn.com

If it's overwhelming to keep taking the day-to-hits of the latest outrage, it might be helpful to stop reading news and just go check this once in a while.

Placket problems. I don't have enough orange for both plackets. (these two tubes will be joined to create the placket for one side.) Also, not sure about the orange. It makes the top feel monochromatic. Multi-color plackets? The 2nd pic is all the remaining yarn. #knitsy #knitting

Bluesky doesn’t load in my browser (Mac with Firefox.) Just getting a mostly empty page with the icon in the center. Web search isn’t helping. Have tried: Hard refresh. Emptying cache. Relaunch browser. Restart laptop. Any ideas?

Don't you find it odd that none of the politicians who supposedly oppose what the current admin is doing have made calls for a #GeneralStrike? They say we are in the midst of a constitutional crisis, but don't rally for the one thing that could stop this in its tracks. Wonder why......

Back in '90s, I worked with Hazel Henderson & Calvert Investment. Calvert funded a project to develop Quality of Life (QoL) economic indicators. They were to be publicized in parallel to standard economic reports. People could compare national/corp interests vs the average person's interests. 1/8

Highlighting the disconnect between macro economics and working class home economics. GDP was up, because, corporations exploited a pandemic and gouged prices. People care about rent/mortgage, groceries, health care, education and the income they need to pay for these. GDP means nothing to them.
