Last stream, we got talking about Atlantis: The Lost Empire, which I truly enjoy. As usual, Disney released a lot of merch to go with the film. In my geek collection, I have the crystal blue Kida variant. It was exciting to find the chase figure in the wild and it is a great conservation piece.

I often wonder what kind of impact I have had as a streamer. Tonight, I think I hit me. My Twitch was no cooperating and I packed it in after 30 minutes, but offered to hand in my discord if anyone wanted to chat.. and someone came to kick back for two hours. Damn. I was humbled.

I remember when a new season of Doctor Who was a big deal. Disney isn’t really promoting it and my assumption is they have buyers remorse. For me, Doctor Who is now a second tier show. I guess all good things have a twilight period.

One of the weirdest pieces I have in my retro collection is a laser disc of Rock and Rule (sealed). This obscure Canada animation film is chock full of greatness and there wasn’t a lot of merch made for it. The holy grail? The sample tape of songs in the movie sent to media outlets.

It has been a difficult past few weeks. There is a lot going on in my life & I can really feel it some days. Content creation allows me a little escape & talking about "the good old" days also helps. I do miss the 80s & I am glad I lived them fully because I knew this was a great time to be alive.

In 1975, TSR produced a western theme RPG called Boot Hill. Due to the lethal nature of its combat system, it never really caught on. Three editions were produced along with support materials with the final edition coming out in 1990.
