It’s rather amusing that the Friday the 13th franchise has little to do with the superstition around the date. I like the original title a bit better, A Long Night at Camp Blood, but I can understand the marketing decision to change it.

I genuinely think it rocks that the Duffer Brothers took their little bit of 80s nostalgia and turned it into a blank check from Netflix to do whatever they wanted. But it’ll never not be funny that it’s taken nearly a decade to make 5 seasons of a TV show that starred 12 year olds.
