This has always been the GOP's strategy: 1) Cut taxes for the wealthy & corporations by claiming they'll pay for themselves. 2) Explode the deficit. 3) Demand cuts to vital programs that help millions. 4) Repeat. They're trying to get away with it again.

My campaign office unfortunately has to hire security as an individual is regularly vandalizing it. This is in addition to a Republican calling our office the “Home of Hezbollah”. Security is an unplanned expense but we want this to be a safe place. If you’re able, help us offset the costs below ⬇️

My flat out favorite part of the campaign office is how it’s now a resource for people to get whatever they need: clothes, food, toiletries, chargers, books, and a bunch of other stuff. If you have items you’d like to donate, drop by our office at 7016 N Clark Street when we’re open! :-)

Medicaid is more popular than either party or any major political figure. This is a layup.

After a year and a half of fighting, Mark Shimkets passed today. He was kind, joyful, and hilarious. All he wanted is to make people laugh. I had the privilege of watching him do that over a hundred times. Please go watch his special. Let him live on forever. I love you, brother. Rest easy.

I’m horrified by the murder of two Israeli embassy staffers at an event in DC last night. The fact that the gunman said he did it to “free Palestine” makes me nauseous. Murdering people for their nationality is never acceptable and this violence hurts Jews, Israelis, *and* Palestinians.

If a foreign adversary snuck into our Federal budget and cut science research and education the way we’re cutting it ourselves — strategically undermining America’s long-term health, wealth, and security — we would likely consider it an act of war.

New global financial crisis incoming

This is horrendous. And also purposeful. RFK Jr. wasn't put in charge of HHS to Make America Healthy Again. He was put in it to control our bodies, spread misinformation, and make our health system even worse than it is. The cruelty is the point. www.motherjones.com/politics/202...

Which states could lose the most from Medicaid cuts floated by the GOP? South Carolina, Mississippi, Alabama, and Tennessee – all Trump states. Republicans seem perfectly happy throwing their own constituents under the bus to dole out tax cuts for the wealthy & corporations.

Republicans keep banning kids books and I think it's an overreach to decide what their girlfriends are and aren't allowed to read.

I hate to be the one to break this to you, but over on Twitter, GROK is quoting AM from "I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream". We may be cooked, I fear.

Harvard rejected policy changes demanded by Trump — becoming the first university to refuse to comply with the regime’s demands. Now it's suing the regime. Other institutions, firms, and individuals should take note. Surrendering to Trump’s tyranny only invites more of it.

No, I’m sorry, if you’re telling people posting cat photos is a distraction from the real issues, you’re a Fed and you’re trying to make the movement eat itself.

The Art of the Deal

The lesson of history is that tyrants cannot be appeased.  Appeasement only feeds their insatiable hunger for power. Tyrants prey on people who feel unsafe and vulnerable.  But without mass submission, a tyrant is powerless.

Every dictator in history has claimed that they’ll only use their powers to go after the worst of the worst. Every dictator in history has lied. Donald Trump is no different.

Soooo, there's an article written about a prank I played. It's also now my most viral TikTok www.distractify.com/p/bad-dragon...

The SAVE Act: because the best way to protect democracy is by ending it.
