Did you know that the UK is home to a whopping 13 million dogs? That’s according to new research from @dogstrust.bsky.social in collaboration with Leeds and @exeter.ac.uk – who also estimate that number to be over 4 million more than previously thought! 🐶

Over 4.4 million adults in the UK use dating apps like Tinder and Hinge. While many share heartwarming success stories of finding love, others feel the ‘gamification’ of these apps is only deepening their sense of isolation and loneliness. How can we build a healthier relationship with dating apps?

Professor Adrian Crellin CBE, one of the most senior radiotherapy experts, has shared his experience of being a researcher and cancer patient for #WorldCancerDay. Professor Crellin was diagnosed with metastatic prostate cancer in 2016 and awarded a CBE for services to radiotherapy in 2019.
