Every time it rains, my dog sits in the rain and looks inside the window at me with puppy eyes. She ONLY does it when it's raining. She is an outside dog and dislikes going in the house, and even has her own doghouse outside. I can't believe how silly she is. (Probably my influence, I love her ♡)
