It's been a day. Good: I had a short (for us) 90m phone chat w/ Alix, my closest & dearest friend (who's in crisis, atm), did some work getting my house in order, figured out a difficult task *and* I weighed in 51 lbs lighter than my max and am down 41 lbs since May....And I kept up with Finch!
