One thing I will say about the Steelers is that they have a lot of RAW talent. Brodrick who's not at his natural position, Frazier, McCormick, Roman, Washington, and Troy. So, keeping the same group of offensive coaches around might not be the worst idea.

Seeing how the Falcons offense has expanded with Penix at QB is promising. His ability to throw outside the numbers and move in the pocket occupies defensive keys and is preventing Washington from loading the box. That’s allowed the offensive line to mash and Bijan Robinson to go off.
