Peaceful civil disobedience has never worked. It has always been the threat of violence by the masses against authority that has made change possible. Labor laws passed after violent strikes. Civil rights passed to prevent further riots in large cities after the assassination of MLK,

There is a plan and it's not to expand any hierarchy. It's to consolidate the control over the existing one.

Not following law within our current system is not anarchy, it is simply criminal and therefore should be subject to criminal penalties. Being able to avoid those penalties (being "above the law") is a direct reflection of their position in the hierarchy of power in the US.

Nope, you don't understand anarchy. Anarchy is the rejection of hierarchies. These folks are not rejecting any hierarchies, they are expanding the power and control of existing hierarchies.

No, it's easy. An anarchist wants to abolish hierarchies, these idiots want to move up in their hierarchy, therefore they are not anarchists.
Anarchy ≠ chaos

I'm so angry, horrified, lost, worried and the "fixit" part of me is wondering how to keep all of my comrades up in the States safe. My stress eating of ice cream and Pepper Jack cheeseits hasn't helped anything unfortunately, so at the moment I'm just lost

It's one thing to know, intellectually, that these acts are coming and will be policy/law. It's another to really feel the effects of executive orders that erase your (they/them) child and their transitioning partner's rights and protections, while painting a target on them and their child.

Then it certainly is stew over soup. I make at least one batch of turkey & chorizo chili each month.

Do we consider chili a stew? How about curry dishes? This makes or breaks Soup Vs. Stew for me.

Hold it, you propose "...fight with every legal tool available", as the conclusion of Trump demonstrating that he is in fact above the law? How'd that strategy work on Trump over the last 4 years? But yes, let's put all our energy into the same task that didn't work when he was out of office.

Where is the rejection of hierarchies about to happen on Facebook? As far as I know it's a piece of META, a capitalistic enterprise and hierarchial to boot?
Me thinks you do not know what anarchy is and it is not a business plan to be the type of social media the party in power requires it to be.
comment in response to

No, anarchy is living in a hierarchicaless society of direct democracy. We are living in both a plutocracy and kleptocracy. Who do you think LEOs "protect and serve"? Justice is and always has been for sale. Most folks just can't afford to avoid having to do the the time for their crimes.
