I'm honestly more upset that they'll be asking a high price for the Nintendo games and having them in this awful, "Players Choice" packaging day one. Besides the giant red banner there's the ugly "this is actually a switch game plus a pack blah blah" text at the bottom and ANOTHER "Switch 2 edition"

I guess it doesn't effect me as bad because im kinda use to paying the Nintendo Tax. Plus, honestly, Besides Mario Kart (which I'm getting for 50$ due to console bundle), the 2 Zelda updates (which I get free from NSO and may hold out on BotW) only Metroid is going to be the pricey game.

I think a lot of people are misrepresenting the problem with the Switch 2 game prices. It's not that the games are 90$ it's that NINTENDO games are 90$. Nintendo games have always had a higher price, or tax, especially the big names (Mario, Zelda, etc) and hardly ever have meaningful sales.
