Not to brag or anything but I had every single part of dinner ready within a minute of each other, so I'm taking that boost of self confidence very badly. I've now dubbed myself the chef extraordinaire and I feel invincible.

It's really amazing to see your child parrot the healthy emotional coping mechanisms and reassurance that you teach them. I was frustrated earlier and my 7 yo said "take a breath, you've got this! It's okay to take a break if you're having a hard time. I love you." Damn, thanks kid. 💛
