@maddow.msnbc.com Rachel, to the point! Steven Levitsky's gaslighting, disempowering, insulting, and cruel remark, "We can't just rely on little old ladies in front of Tesla dealerships, God love 'em" enraged me. Your response was far too kind! So read this and my subsequent responses.

We create hope. The better part of hope is courage and resolve. Hope isn't something we hang onto to keep us out of the pit of despair. Hope is the forge of souls that metamorphosizes fear and anger into power. Hope has always been misunderstood as just something to hang onto, but hope is our power.
