Testing if laps are superior to upper chest/shoulder snuggles. Her sister has told her laps are better. More testing is evidently necessary. #cats #catsky

The vet swore I was a fancy baby today. I'll take all the tuna treats offered. (Just a cold, and I'll stop looking like a pirate soon.)

If you leave tortilla chips under a broiler too long, the end result smells remarkably similar to burned popcorn. This should have been an obvious outcome, I just wish I hadn't participated in this accidental experiment.

Human pillow, reporting for duty. She's had a busy day.

This whole sleeping in thing is weird. I'd forgotten what it was like. #kittens #cats

Kitty break. Struggles of working from home.

Kittens. Orange kittens. #cats

Monday morning judges. I guess I better get back to work. #cats

Sneeze with a cat in your arms ONCE, and suddenly no more snuggles.

Why be a box cat, when you can be a bag cat?

Me: oh no! What's wrong with her bottom lip! Cat: blep

Having just made chili cheese fries for dinner, I realized I can no longer mock poutine.

Care to guess how long ago I cleaned the water fountain? #cats

My poor mistreated kittens. 1) I had to actually concentrate at work this morning and could not mindlessly pet them while typing one-handed. 2) There was a STRANGER in the house, fixing my oven. 3) I'm changing their dry food to something higher quality. Evidently they need all the comforting now.

This cat. If there is a flat surface that is cream, that is where she will rest. Full rogue stealth mode.

I've never had a cat that has "trilled" before. I've read books that describe a cat "trilling" and thought it such an odd way to describe a cat noise. I've had meow-ers. I've had woem-ers. I've had squeak-ers. I now have a trill-er. (And a squeak-er.)

Cat #1: If I step here, or sleep on her there, eventually she'll get up. Bonus, I can nap. Cat #2: Let me reach under the covers with my claws and see if I can find bare skin. *poke poke poke* Ah, she has stirred. Let me now lay with my floof pressed into her face so she cannot breathe... #cats

Floofy toe beans. The floof is getting floofier.

Evidently it is time to end for the day. A lap was demanded.

Bread for the week, done.
