The Nintendo Switch 2 is very expensive, but is in line with the Steam Deck OLED and PS5 Slim. Still, it is a price shock coming from a cheaper OG Switch. The game prices definitely sound concerning though. If we are talking $130 CAD after taxes (yet to be confirmed), that might price me out.
