The irony of 'mental health awareness' month is that I'm hyper aware of my own mental health has been in a death spiral for over 2 years. I lost my dog, one of the last few things that gave me any semblance of happiness, in January. I guess some people are meant to just be miserable.

Holy fuck I almost had a panic attack. The repair guy found the leak and fixed it. So after he left I microwaved some korean style bbq chicken. I came back into the kitchen smelling like something was burning. Korean bbq smells like danger apparently. Airing the house out now.
