I think Healthcare is a very big piece, but I think it has to be a wider "anti-oligarchy/pro-regulation" offensive. It may problematic, but the wide swath of sympathy for taking out the UHC CEO signals that there's support for significantly reining in enshittifying corporations/billionaires.

It's not an "error", it's a core operational principle on which for-profit insurance companies operate: take the customer's premium payments, and find any reason to not pay when they make a claim. When it appears that every error benefits the insurer, it's difficult to see it as an "oopsie".
