I can’t explain it, but the new coffee machine at work is making the coffee sarcastically.

At of one of my fave places. The weather is bliss and honestly I just love spring.

For no other reason than I said it this week: My Roman Empire is excellent women in leadership.

It’s the 62nd anniversary of Gideon v. Wainwright, a case in which SCOTUS ruled that states must provide legal counsel to indigent defendants. To all public defenders: Thank you for your important, grueling, and often thankless work to protect the rights of the accused.

Listening to times like these and thinking about how vital libraries are to communities. As safe spaces, as a place I went with my babies to get out of the house, as places where ideas, information and kindness live.

The fact that I live in cardinals country and I can never wear the classic red cardinals hat again.

I just want the interwebs to know that if this tornado 🌪️ hits my 🏠 house…. I fully give up on 2025 and will be hibernating until further notice.

Laying here trying to sleep and just realized I had my contacts in. My body was like naw dawg. Oof.

I picked up the The Exceptions during #womenshistorymonth at an airport two years ago. It talks about how Title IX happened. Title IX was a direct result of BA women scientists at MIT banding together because men had more space/resources than them. Tell me a book that lives rent free in your head.

The feedback loop of all the things I’ve done/said wrong is playing and I wish there was at minimum a pause button.

My stylist start this little free library outside her salon and dedicated it to someone she loves who passed. It’s hope this #worldbookday for books to be freely given.

This is by far the most beautiful way to live.
