I sprained my ankle bad at the beginning of the month. I sprain them a lot, like little two to three day hurts to walk on it sprains, but man I did it in this time. What did I do? I put extra weight on it trying to push a water pallet. No twisting. I managed a bad medial sprain on a flat surface.
