I know some video games are very artful, impactful, make you think/challenge the way you think. Some are cathartic and chill, elevating your enjoyment through inspiring interactions with the game's world. But also I just really love shooting Nazis and cartoonishly evil CEOs. It just sparks joy.

Jenn and I hosted an expat's Xmas Potluck. The Ukrainian got stuck in the elevator, the landlord joined us for hours, multicultural dishes, Spanish tortilla, olives, wine and beer, ended with party games. Now we are drained and can't see anyone else for 2 days to recover.
