Constructive Dismissal. That's what is happening to me at my current employment. I was working Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Now? Monday and Friday. From 16 hours a week down to 8. Idk about you but I don't know ANYONE that can LIVE on 16 hours every two weeks.
