As NFL defenses get more exotic (and lighter) on 3rd/4th down, offenses have started to just pound the rock and run through the looks (and also help themselves on 4th down). 7 of the top 20 rushing rates (since 2012) on 3rd/4th down & 3+ yards to go were by offenses in 2024.

I really hope so! There’s so much good there, just want to see him emerge with a more aggressive, physical mindset. He’s already got the hard part down lol. Reminds me a lot of a super athletic freshman arriving in high school and getting his ass beat by a varsity player. Just need to learn
