This is wrong on multiple fronts. Firstly transubstantiation was formally defined in the fourth Lateran council in 1215, Canon 1. Trent simply re affirmed this dogmatic stance in the face of contemporary heresy. But also, the Eucharist wouldn’t have DNA, it retains the elements of bread/wine.
