This is dumb. Did Trump's pardon of Charles Kushner include anyone else? Did his pardons of Roger Stone & Paul Manafort apply to his former lawyer Michael Cohen? Pardons apply only to the individual they are meant for &, in a properly functioning system, each is considered on its merits.

Bad take. It would've been wrong for Biden to interfere before/after the initial course of prosecution involving Hunter; DOJ made a fair deal with him (even if it normally wouldn't have brought charges at all). But once Republicans publicly intervened to nix the fair deal, it was a partisan hitjob.
