I’m selling my house and the buyer wants to see the receipts for a big wodge I spent on the roof. I go to the file marked House Stuff and it’s empty! Hey, at least I have a file if I ever find them 🤦🏼‍♀️

Just reading about this chap. He’s called Mercer Boffey (he’s American!) He bought a Grade 2 listed house in Richmond then decided he didn’t want to pay council tax and that his house should be de-listed. (He failed) 🤣🤣🤣
