DOOM (2005) still gets a ton of shit, but I maintain that it's a great "few beers movie". Watch it on a couch with some friends and a few beers and try not to have a good time as The Rock turns into a rage monster and does WWE shit on Karl Urban. Plus, it's full of fantastic practical ghoulies.

Do you like Dragon Ball GT? The early episodes were a little too new wave for my tastes, but when The Baby Saga came out in '96, I think the series really came into its own, commercially and artistically.
