My outrage meter is well past pegged to the max. I'm completely fatigued and my joie de vivre is completely depleted. I can't read anything without crying. So I'm turning everything off as soon as my work day is done. Happy weekend everyone.

I am so far impressed with the congressional campaign of @katmabu.bsky.social She is not running my state, much less my district, but so far I like what I see, especially standing up for trans rights and against the MSM (and centrist Dem's) misreading of the 2024 November election.

Dems have internalized one thing about R messaging: they hammer the same message, repeatedly. They've missed the other part: R's will pivot and attack quickly when their opponent falters. This is how you miss huge opportunities like Signalgate and instead repost the same old message.

if we had an effective dem party, starting 8:30-9 this am, every dem on capitol hill would be on this story. they'd be calling for hegseth and waltz and the rest to resign, theyd be calling on trump to come clean with the people about what else they leaked. they'd be pushing for investigations etc
