I've read and enjoyed a fair few books by @delilahsdawson.bsky.social now, but "It Will Only Hurt For a Moment" might just be the best yet. It was unnerving in the best way, and the intrigue made me anxious during the brief breaks I had to take, puzzling over the mystery and eager to dive back in.

I finished Saints of Storm and Sorrow by @gabriellabuba.bsky.social and it was excellent! Engaging characters, awesome magic, heartbreaking politics. I'm glad book 2 comes out soon. Also, Prince Zuko himself voices the male PoV chapters of the Audiobook!

I just finished Written On the Dark, by @guygavrielkay.bsky.social , and it was a ride! As ever, Kay weaves a sweeping narrative that carries you along, not knowing where you're going but glad for every minute. Credit also to Simon Vance, who is the perfect audiobook narrator for Kay's unique style.

Just finished The Heir of Strahd by @delilahsdawson.bsky.social . Absolutely fantastic! As a current player in a Curse of Strahd campaign, it was cool seeing familiar elements, while also seeing Delilah's creativity and characterization at work. The twists were twisty and blew me away!
