So far the lower courts have been holding up, but they'll pick the places they wan to appeal where they have favorable circuits and eventually, it's gonna be SCOTUS that decides this stuff

With this judiciary, he actually has a chance of prevailing. The Right is pushing this "Unitary Executive" theory that says he can do what ever he wants in the Exec branch. Alito and Thomas will support this, we need to see where Roberts and Coney Barret will come down.
