May the Fourth be with You! It's #StarWarsDay Star Wars had a massive influence on me and it shaped shaped my world. My love of the night sky, Space and beyond has been pretty much kept alive by it. I always wanted my very own Millenium Falcon and to fly around the galaxy as a child. I still do!

The Moon is looking fabulous over in the eastern daytime sky. You can see it sometimes in the daytime due it being illuminated by the sun. The moon doesn’t emit its own light. Check it out.

I’m so sad to hear Val Kilmer has died. He featured in many films of my childhood and teenage years. Top Gun, Top Secret to name a couple and he was even Batman. He will be sorely missed.

Ordered a Chinese by phone from a local takeaway and was told it was cash only. Found a cash point and realised, it's actually been years since I handled cash. I actually felt a little vulnerable and dirty. I had to wash my hands after. Technology has well and truly taken over.
