🏳️‍⚧️ WHEN WE FIGHT, WE WIN! 🏳️‍⚧️ CHLA reversed its decision to pause initiating hormonal therapy for transgender youth. Gender affirming care is lifesaving care. We must continue to fight back, stay organized, and to demand institutions not give into Trumps fascist executive orders.

Truth be tolda, it's a common Montana W Montana's supreme court has unanimously shot down attacks on abortion, on trans healthcare, and on attacks on our public lands. Montana has the best constitution in the country & it's been a bulwark against politicians hellbent on attacking the vulnerable.

The gender affirming care ban in Montana has been BLOCKED by the MT Supreme Court in a unanimous decision. Montana has a constitutional right to privacy, including in our healthcare decisions. And today our constitution continues to protect individuals from government overreach.
