Whoever at FromSoftware worked out that rather than writing a whole plot you can just have a mid-game boss whisper "Xardaz... I have failed you..." as they die, then set the final level in something called "Xardaz' last holdfast", surely did more damage to writers' career prospects than LLMs will.
