As the EU prepares for talks with the US on tariffs- the EU should continue to pursue other relationships and alliances. The current regime in the US has shown itself to be untrustworthy and does not deserve any considerations from former allies.

H2A visas are for agricultural workers (includes shepherds). H1B visas are for workers in specialty occupations or as fashion models of distinguished merit and ability. Usually requires a bachelor’s degree at a minimum. In both cases, the US based employer pays for the visas.
