When they want you worked into the ground, your rest is rebellion. When they want you pacified, your rage is rebellion.

When they want you tired, your energy is rebellion. When they want you miserable, your joy is rebellion. When they want you gone, your existence is rebellion.

This is your periodic reminder that if you live in Minnesota you have access (no login required) to the full text of the NYT, WaPo, WSJ, AJC, ChiTrib, LA Times, Star Tribune, and much more all the way back to the 80s. All thanks to eLibrary Minnesota. Libraries rule!

Security question: "What's the name of the city where you were born?" Me: [hoping "vkdrpogk t9b" isn't a city somewhere]

On Masto I'm having a conversation about the need for blocking replies, and while many get it, I'm still dealing with folks who *insist* that blocking replies is "bad for communication" and that "muting is fine". Clearly these folks have never experienced the hell of the dogpile.
