There's an apartment building on 4th Avenue between 81st Street & 82nd Street with indoor parking. When it rains, a sizeable puddle always forms where the driveway meets the street. Freezing temps this past week turned the puddle into solid ice that constantly transforms. Mundane but beautiful.
