What is due process and why should it matter? I'm not an attorney or legislator or judge, but that shouldn't matter to MAGA since most of them aren't either. Here goes. Due process means you are assumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law and/or by a jury of your peers.

Under Trump's SCOTUS, carrying a concealed weapon (not pistol, weapon, like a pipe bomb or hand grenade) is a right. Of course, MAKING a pipe bomb or POSSESSING a grenade is not a right. But cut SCOTUS some slack. There's 365 days in a year and Trump has been President (this time) for only 99.

"Gerrymandering" is fancy legalese that will be replaced with vote denial legislation and executive orders from the Oval Office. Trump has decided not to obey court rulings. Nothing will happen. Watch for more "political waterboarding" by Trump, Musk, and company.

Be warned. Palestinians are not coming out to protest Hamas rule in Gaza. That should be a warning to us. Why? Because that's what Trump and Musk want you to do when it comes to reacting to their actions. Making political protest illegal is high on their list of priorities.

It occurs to me the difference between Trump and Musk's efforts to deconstruct the government are working because so many people have no idea what services the government provides and could not care less why they're provided.

Not a peep in the media about Tri,[ changing voter registration rules. "(His) order mandates that states require voters provide a government-issued documentary proof of citizenship and that only Real ID driver's licenses and passports are accepted, whereas birth certificates are not sufficient. "

Nearly 90 million non-voters are perfectly happy with this outcome. Just change "Hitler" to "Trump". Blaming it on people not paying attention is disingenuous. They had 4 years to learn about Trump and his Project 2025. They heard reports; saw the videos. They paid attention - and they liked it.
